This is Zoe Pennington who used to play Kelly Spencer (from November 2018 to February 2020), the daughter of Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) on The Bold and the Beautiful. To be honest, I love this little girl better than the twins Colette and Avalon Carlish who now plays Kelly.
