Produced by CBS Television Studios, MGM Television, and Secret Hideout, it is based on the best selling novel The Silence of the Lambs by Thomas Harris. A new psychological thriller takes you into 1993, a year after the events of "The Silence of the Lambs," to explore the untold personal story of Clarice Starling (Rebecca Breeds). The FBI agent returns to the field to pursue serial murderers and sexual predators while navigating the high-stakes political world of Washington, D.C. Watch the series premiere of Clarice on Thursday, February 11th, 2021 at 10/9c on CBS and CBS All Access. The series also stars: Devyn A. Tyler as Ardelia Mapp, Lucca De Oliveira as Tomas Esquivel, Kal Penn as Emin Grigoryan, Nick Sandow as Murray Clarke, Michael Cudlitz as Paul Krendler, Marnee Carpenter as Catherine Martin and Jayne Atkinson as Ruth Martin. Rebecca is a third actress in a a role made famously by both Jodie Foster in The Silence of the Lambs and Julianne Moore in Hannibal.
